ACCENT FURNITURE POLICIES


Cancellations - You may cancel your order for a full refund anytime before the item(s) ship. Call an Accent Furniture Customer Service Rep at 866-725-2247.

Refunds – A Full Refund will be issued if order is canceled within the cancellation period mentioned in the "Cancellations" section. Most refunds are processed within two days of receipt.

Returns - Items may be returned within 15 days of delivery at no cost to you for a full refund. If damaged please see “Damages” section for further details. Call Accent Furniture at 866-725-2247 for a RA Return Authorization number. Once we issue a RA number, Accent Furniture will make all arrangements for return shipping. No return shipments will be accepted other than those authorized by Accent Furniture with a RA number. Unauthorized shipments to Accent Furniture will be refused and you will be fully liable for ship to and return shipping costs. If in rare instances where you receive the wrong item, do not accept the item. When the carrier drops off the item they will have you sign a delivery receipt, please note in your own words on the form which item is incorrect and refuse that item. Call us right away (within 24 hours) and we will have the product replaced. Returns will only be picked up Monday - Friday between 9am-5pm. Please have someone available over 18 yrs of age for the pickup agent during the scheduled date. If items are incomplete then the buyer will be charged. Returns must be picked up within 2 weeks of authorization date or authorization may be canceled and no refund will be issued.

Restocking Fees - Accent Furniture does not charge restocking fees.

Inspection of Delivery & Damages - All shipments are insured against damage. It is your responsibility to fully inspect your shipment/furniture with the delivery personnel present. Note all damages present at time of delivery or you will be responsible for all replacement and repair costs. Any damage caused from shipping must be noted on the delivery receipt or the insurance cannot be claimed - No Exceptions!! If you sign for the Proof Of Delivery with no comments that means you are signing it to be "Free and Clear." When your order arrives, please take the time to ensure the paperwork is accurate and that the correct item(s) have been delivered.

IF THERE IS APPARENT SERIOUS DAMAGE PLEASE REFUSE DELIVERY IN FULL AND NOTE IN DETAIL ON THE DRIVER'S PAPERWORK THE EXTENT OF THE DAMAGE.

Report to Accent Furniture any claim of damage that is not noted on the Bill of Lading. You will be asked to take pictures of the damage close up and the full view of the damaged item. Accent Furniture will pick up the damaged item and issue either a replacement or full refund as you specify. You will need to schedule a delivery appointment for any replacement furniture to complete the order process.

Clearance - Merchandise Sold "As is" or  "Clearance" are FINAL & will not be eligible for warranty, exchange, allowance, refund or service.

Assembly – No assembly is required for any of the Accent Furniture pieces.

Sales Tax – Applicable sales tax will be added to orders delivered to Missouri and California residents.

Credit Card Processing – All credit card payments are processed through Accent Furniture, and will be displayed on your credit card statement as such.  In the event a credit card does not process for any reason, we will at our discretion, either void the order and notify the customer or process the order at a later date or process the payment in multiple smaller amounts until the item is paid in full.  Items cannot be shipped until payment in full has been collected.

CODs – No Cash On Delivery is accepted.

Check or Money Orders – No Check or Money Order is accepted.

Billing Errors & Omissions - Any errors or omissions will be corrected and either billed or refunded to the customer as necessary.  If an order is incorrect, it is the responsibility of the customer to notify us within 24 hours of our sending the order confirmation email to the customer. 

Web site Catalog References – All references to size, weight, construction and color are approximate.  We are not responsible for typographical errors.  Descriptions may refer to finish and/or actual construction materials.  While we always strive to provide the most true to color images for our products the color or shade can vary from your computer monitor's settings. Accent Furniture cannot guarantee the color match or finish of any product due to nature of the online shopping constrictions.  For additional information please email support@accentbedroomfurniturestore.com

Pricing & Availability - While Accent Furniture strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Accent Furniture cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information Accent Furniture will contact you for instructions. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be charged on your order as applicable.

Changes of Address – Please read your sales receipt carefully to ensure that your address and other personal information is accurate. You are responsible for any inaccuracies in your address and other personal information. You must make any change of the delivery address or change in the order via fax, email or by telephone and the change will be binding only if the change is confirmed 48 hours within the date of purchase. Changes in your address or other personal information may delay delivery, and you may be charged a fee for deliveries made to you at the wrong address on your sales receipt if such address is incorrect.


Warranty:

Accent Furniture’s Limited Warranty:  Accent Furniture is warranted to be free of manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days.  In most cases, we will simply ship you a new part, however we may either repair or replace the defective parts at our discretion. Accent Furniture will pay shipping to send any covered warranty repairs or replacement parts to you. Accent Furniture's Limited Warranty only provides warranty to products under normal indoor household use.  Any improper care and use such as damage by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents will not be covered by Accent Furniture Limited Warranty.

Limitations- This warranty is limited to the original purchase and delivery address only. There are no extended warranties that can be purchased. Warranty will be null and void if products were purchased for commercial use.



Shipping Information:

Delivery Expectations - All shipments are shipped via White Glove Delivery. The carrier will call you to schedule a time and date for delivery. Most orders will be shipped within 7-15 business days and delivered between the times of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Your order may take up to 4 weeks to arrive. We have no control over delivery dates and therefore make no promises or guarantees as to the delivery company performing as it promises. If your delivery will be delayed Accent Furniture will notify you in the event that this happens. If an item is on back order we will contact you within 24 hours of your order and advise of the estimated time of delivery.

Prior to your delivery, you will be notified of a 5-hour time frame within which your delivery should be expected to arrive. Important - in the event that you are not at home for your scheduled delivery and a redelivery is necessitated, Accent Furniture will assess a redelivery fee of $150.00.

You are responsible for clearing the room into which the merchandise is to be placed. You are responsible for notifying Accent Furniture in advance of any special requirements related to your delivery (e.g., delivery to an apartment with no elevator, need to remove door hinges, elevator reservation for high rises, a special delivery fee may be assessed for any such special delivery requirement.

Visible merchandise damage or home damage must be reported to our Customer Service Department at (866) 725-2497 or support@accentfurniture.com within 24 hours of receipt. (see “Damages” section for more detail)

Delivery to Hawaii and Alaska is not available.  We apologize for the inconvenience.
 
White Glove Delivery Services:

Please be sure to stay available at the scheduled delivery time. If the recipient is notified of a delivery date, and the recipient is not there to meet the shipper and accept the delivery, the recipient will be responsible for any and all 'redelivery' charges that may apply. 
 
White Glove Service: Inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, up to 30 minutes of assembly with tools with debris removal. The set up time is 30 minutes and items can be carried only up to two flights of stairs.
